The show is titled Shinrin-Yoku, the inspiration came from my time spent in nature.
The word comes from the Japanese, “Shinrin” means ‘forest’ and Yoku means ‘bath’. It is not exactly a bath or powerwalk, but rather slowing down within the forest and letting your senses experience what is around you
